AI Gym Coach ("we", "us") provides an AI-assisted fitness coaching app. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights over it.
Account data: your first name, last name, phone number and/or email address, and an encrypted password (we never store your password in plain text).
Fitness profile: age, gender, height, weight, training goal, experience level, weekly availability, and any injuries or limitations you choose to enter.
Activity data: the workouts you generate, the sets, reps and weights you log, difficulty ratings and notes.
Technical data: app language and basic device information needed to run the service.
We do not sell your personal data.
To generate plans and translate exercise content we send the relevant inputs (such as your goal, level and availability) to our AI provider. We do not send identifying details such as your name, phone or email for this purpose.
Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure and retained while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app, which permanently removes your personal data and training history.
Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR in the EU), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. You can export and delete your data directly in the app, or contact us for help.
The app is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
